1. Ring us for a quotation and one of our representatives will call at a time that is suitable to you. He will discuss in detail your exact requirements and once this has been established he will give you a precise quotation.
2. Quantity, access, mileage, no. of boxes , insurance etc all require to be assessed, therefore we always recommend a site visit rather than a verbal quote over the phone. The most important reason for a site visit is not just to give quotation but also to point out any foreseeable problems before the day of the removal. Every removal should be a stress free day if planned in advance properly.
3. All our staff are professionally trained, uniformed and will conduct themselves in a courteous fashion the whole time they are in your home.
4. Your belongings will be loaded onto our vehicles with extreme care, all furniture will be covered with removal blankets and secured with strong webbing ensuring nothing is damaged whilst in transit.
5. On arrival at your new home the same professional service takes place in reverse, where all you need to do is indicate where the various items are to be placed.
