1. Ring us for a quotation and one of our representatives will call at a time during office hours. He will discuss in detail your exact requirements and once this has been established he will give you a precise quotation.
2. Quantity, access, mileage, no. of boxes , insurance etc all require to be assessed, therefore we always recommend a site visit rather than a verbal quote over the phone. The most important reason for a site visit is not just to give quotation but also to point out any foreseeable problems before the day of the removal. Every removal should cause minimal disruption to your staff's normal work if planned in advance properly.
3. All our staff are professionally trained, uniformed and will conduct themselves in a courteous fashion the whole time.
4. Your company's property will be loaded onto our vehicles with extreme care, all office furniture will be covered with removal blankets and secured with strong webbing ensuring nothing is damaged whilst in transit.
5. We supply specialised boxes and crates for computer equipment.
6. We suggest that you draw up a floor plan of your new office so that we can unpack and locate your office furniture and equipment swiftly and professionally.
7. We issue all of your staff with a number and a set of non-marking labels to ensure correct positioning of all items involved in the removal.

Our job is done when you are entirely satisfied that everything has been positioned correctly.
